Hosted securely by Stripe. You’ll be asked to verify the email linked to your subscription.

What you can do in the portal

  • Update your payment method — add a new card or change the one on file.
  • Download invoices — every monthly invoice is available as a PDF.
  • Change plan — upgrade or downgrade between Starter, Growth, and Premium. Changes are prorated automatically.
  • Cancel your subscription — takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.

What happens when you cancel

Your brand page and products stay live until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. After that, your brand is automatically removed from the Unique Gift Ideas site and your products are hidden from search, gift guides, and the Gift Finder. Nothing you’ve shared with us is kept — we delete your product data and any analytics tied to your brand within 30 days of cancellation.

If you change your mind during the cancellation period, you can reactivate from the Customer Portal with no gap in service.
