Blenheim Forge

Blenheim Forge is a small knife-making workshop in Peckham, South London. Founded by three friends — Jon, James, and Richard — they hand-forge exceptional kitchen knives using traditional Japanese techniques combined with contemporary design. Each knife is individually crafted from layered steel, with handles made from stabilised wood and other premium materials. Their knives are used by professional chefs and home cooks who appreciate the artistry of a truly handmade blade.
